  • 1 tsp chili pepper (5g)
  • 1 tsp salt (5g)
  • 1 tbsp plain flour (15g)
  • 1 seasoning cube (Maggi)
  • ¼ – ½ cup water (60–120ml)
  • Vegetable oil for frying (canola, olive, or soybean oil)

Preparation Method

Making the Filling

  1. Scrape and dice carrots and potatoes into tiny cubes. Chop onions, green pepper, and grind garlic and ginger.
  2. Boil potatoes for 2 minutes, add carrots and peas, then green pepper. Drain and set aside.
  3. Season minced meat with thyme, curry, chili pepper, seasoning cube, and salt. Cook with a little water.
  4. Heat oil, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger, then add cooked minced meat and vegetable mix. Stir well.
